Flow of Purchasing
  • Login/Register as a member
  • Select the desired products with the appropriate size, string, and add-on items (if any)
  • Add the selected products to the shopping cart
  • Proceed to check out from the shopping cart
  • Enter Coupon Code (if any)
  • Enter shipping and other information
  • Confirm the order details before proceeding to payment selection
  • Choose a payment method and complete the payment within 30 minutes
  • Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email
  • Receive in-store collection notification (3– 5 business days) or
  • Receive parcel (delivery time subject to the designated courier)
Change Item in the Cart
Delete item – “Shopping Cart” > "Delete" on the far right of such item
Add item – Chosen item > "Add to Cart"
Proceed to Payment
After logging in, please click your "Name">"My Orders" on the top of the webpage, click to select the unpaid order and press "Proceed to Payment".
 
Product Packaging

 

Chow Tai Fook eShop packs every item elaborately. We select the most appropriate package according to the circumstances. If you would like to add a paper shopping bag, you may request it in the "Remarks" in your order, with a limit of 1 bag per item. The website also provides free gift message cards.

*To protect the customer's interest, the recipient may be requested to present his/her proof of identification document, ensuring the item is delivered duly to the recipient. All the personal particulars of the recipients are safely kept by the E- Commerce Department of the company and are used for the purpose of verifying recipients only.

 
Product Delivery

 

Hong Kong Local Delivery Service
The website delivers the product straight to the delivery address provided in the order form through our designated courier, except:
  • Orders more than HKD$10,000 ( please choose in-store collection)
  • Orders for Gold Pellet and Watches
  • Restricted areas, hotels, and mailboxes
  • Locker pick-up service
Hong Kong and Macau In-store Collection

 

  • Order form>"Self-Collection at Store"> choose branch
  • Receive "Notice of Collection" by email and sms
  • Bring along the "Notice of Collection" and collect in person
  • present proof of identity and credit card or debit card used for payment for verification
To protect your rights, if you select self-collection and require someone else to pick it up for you, the authorised representative shall prepare the following documents upon collection:
  1. Authorisation letter (Click here to download)
  2. Present Order Pick-up Notice
  3. Present a photocopy of payer identification document;
  4. Present an original copy of authorized person identification document;
  5. Present order payment transcation record
    Eg: Online banking transaction records, transaction records in payment accounts, or SMS transaction records
    (Including company name and transaction amount)
If any one of the necessary documents abovementioned is not presented, we are entitled to reject the collection of the authorised representative of the recipient.

2. Product Limitation

Some of our products cannot be delivered overseas. Such products include but are not limited to:

Please note that before ordering, you are responsible to ensure the goods can be lawfully and legally imported to the destination country/region.

3. Taxes and Duties

The Prices are exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. You are responsible for the payment of any and all Taxes payable on the purchase, import, and customs clearance of the Goods when the Goods arrive at your destination country/region. You are advised to contact your local customs authority for details and procedures for the payment of such Taxes.
